Disappointed 3 days stay in doubletree By Hilton
"The ventilation system is not working well at all . Stay for 3 nights and woke up 3 nights because of sweat . Aircon was not working . Given the benefit of doubt that it was winter thus the aircon system cannot be turned on however we still feel the heat with the window opened as suggested by the front desk . If guest cannot feel the comfort of staying in the hotel for whatever reasonable reason , the hotel fail its primary purposes . *. Setting of ventilation panel on wall was confirmed to be correct . "
