"Easy access off of I-70. Staff was very accommodating. Plenty of parking. Area is very safe. Several food options in walking distance (Mexican restaurant and McDonald’s). Room was clean and comfortable. Downside: It can be noisy as room doors are outside entrance and face the parking lot. My door had an open space between the door and threshold. Cars/motorcycles sounds and conversations were disrupting to sleep. But, all the hotels I saw in Coverdale had outside room entries so noise may be a common issue to those hotels as well."

"Amenities: Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion), makeup remover wipes, and complimentary products like toothpaste if you happen to forget. Cleanliness: bright white sheets, no dirt concealed. Bed were so comfortable - I fell asleep so fast and slept amazing and peacefully. Breakfast: had much more options for continental breakfast than most places offer, and they don't skimp on the quality! Best continental breakfast I've had, as a frequent traveler. Staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. This was managed very well. I would recommend staying here! I didn't want to leave."

"Clean room, good size room pet friendly and very reasonable price. Not a big fan of video check in but the person was helpful and put us on first floor close to lobby. I just wish the lobby doors locked but very quiet location."

"It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast. I turned on the lights after plugging them in, just to find bed bugs crawling across the sheets. That's not ok ill never stay here again even if its free. Yall need to call an exterminater and get this taken care, instead of acting like its no big deal"
