Very stylishly designed hotel. Beautiful decor & tropical gardens leading to a picture perfect white sandy beach. Gorgeous large comfortable rooms. The perfect place to chill after our safari’s & stay in Stone Town. Thank you to the chef for fantastic food, especially the curries. All the staff were so lovely and the service was great. We also enjoyed the low tide sea safari with one of the staff. We highly recommend this as a beautiful chilled place to stay.

Other than the beds we found to be too hard even though we asked for the soft one, the rest of our stay was amazing the different dinning themes, the pool, the ocean being right there. But the highlight was the staff they are so friendly and absolutely give you the best service.

Fabulous service

Extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects! Grounds, rooms and public areas well decorated. Beach wonderful & not crowded. This is a boutique hotel of 85 rooms so staff gets to know the guests & their individual likes and needs.

Had a perfect 7 day stay here!! Lovely staff, wonder full people. All I can say I wish the food was better, I would say it’s - average of what you can expect from a hotel with this standards. Anyways, when they had a theme night with charcoal bbq things where different and way better.

It was one of the nicer resorts we have stayed in and must mention - Ally the Manager and Chef Dinesh , they were the best thing in the resort . Very helpful and accommodative. Overall a fantastic resort for families with the beach touching it . Very very hayto have picked this one , highly recommend....

Very nice resort and super friendly staff. Giving 4 stars because I feel the outside area in Grand Lux suite could have been upkept better also some bath towels had stains on them. Other than that my stay here was lovely would return again. The food was great too

what a great place

Wonderful resort with personalized service, gorgeous pool and equally fantastic beach. Staff is pleasant and always willing to go the extra mile. Half board meant breakfast and dinner were included. Food was varied and good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

poor menù a la carte with too high prices and especially the cost of the wines for the quality they suggest. In two weeks no a single dish changed.Room service is too slow (one hour is the average waiting) and the food arrive completely cold, I tried this service twice. The housekeeper once opened the room door not knocking at 8.30 am and they knock the door at 9.30 pm to sanitize.

The workers there were well mannered and hardworking. I noticed that the first day I was there. They make sure your arrival is very welcoming and will go out of their way to make everything as comfortable for you. And of course the property there is beautiful. I celebrated my honeymoon on June 8th at Lux and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. In fact, I plan to return next year at the same time. I hope to see Grace, who works at the reception. It is a beautiful hotel!!! So nice place !!! Unfortunately there is not air acondition is any place , at room air condition did not work properly and they did I not do anything about it … our room says for 3 people but unfortunately space did not permit it so we had to take another room . For price it is not good but I have to say it is a very beatific place . Another annoying thing it is that you can not go to water at the beach, as the Masai do not allow you without charge you 150 usd to go with your to water …. It is imposible to go out of hotel boundary … they put in front animals to say that it is unsafe to walk in there ..::

It's been a week since my vacation, and I'm still in awe of how perfect my stay at the hotel was. The hotel excels in every aspect, from the friendly and attentive staff who anticipate your every need to the delicious food and fantastic activities on offer. The rooms are very spacious and clean. In the evening, the housekeeping staff even prepare the beds for sleeping and replace the towels again. There are wonderful entertainment programs in the evening, such as open-air cinema. The hotel has a family-like atmosphere, with the staff checking in on your well-being daily and engaging in relaxed conversations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return soon.
