I looked for an air conditioning place, and the first day, the air “wasn’t working”, the control remote was not in the room and they brought it the next day because I asked for, I have to open the window and close it right away, so the bugs don’t come inside, so it was a very unpleasant first day. "Loved our short stay at this property. Andrea is very helpful and thoughtful . We told him we have to leave early for skiing and he arranged for special breakfast early morning . Food at the restaurant was really top class . Go here for a laid back , relaxed stay. Bathrooms are pretty big and warm too. Loved the Swiss chalet feel of Grunwald ! Definitely recommend this place "
