"We enjoyed our stay. However, it was very busy at the pool. If you plan to go swim after 11 am, you will not find a chair to sit. We had to reserve chairs at 7 am in the morning. We were in a sea view suite. It was a beautiful room. But, the lights is the bathroom did not work. We called the reception and they said they will send someone from maintenance to fix it. But, no one came."

The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional specially Yara and Gerald —always ready to help with a smile. The check-in was seamless and quick, and I was even upgraded to a superior and more expensive room with a stunning view for free without me asking. The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The pool was crystal clear all the time. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I wanted to see and yet felt like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. I travel a lot, but this hotel truly stood out. It felt more like a luxury experience than just a stay. I’m already planning my next visit next summer. Highly recommended without hesitation! A Big shout out to the manager Antoine for his hospitality and making his staff happy unlike other places. "

"An amazing hotel to visit and spend quality time with family. The rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. We arrived late and the manager was waiting for us and was very welcoming and considerate. The breakfast was super and very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area is fantastic and very Relaxing. I give the hotel 10/10."

"We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on Expedia. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon."
