"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Well, didnât expect too much of it, but it turned out to be the coziest little âhotelâ. Family owned with a very friendly hostess. Very clean room, stunning rural breakfast and a big balcony. A real throwback in time considering the standards, but that just adds to the charm! "

"Claimed not to have our booking for two rooms for two nights - not sure if them or hotels.com. Offered us one room for the three of us - not ideal, Iâm convinced they did have other spare rooms. The location is ok. It wasnât particularly clean and the Wi-Fi only worked occasionally. Not impressed. "

"If you want to see a traditional Albanian home that is now a hotel this is the place to go to. The staff are wonderful! Beautiful outdoor area for relaxing or having a drink. Itâs a truly magical place. Iâm definitely coming back!!"

The location is perfect, a few minutes from the bazaar and its cafes and across the road from a lovely old house that you can look around. Recommended."
