Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. "I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"1. Sea view rooms is a LIE. The only view is of construction site and backside of some restaurant and trees. Dirty broken glass colored with rot on the balcony. 2. Water FLOODS in the shower, upon complaining they just said it’s okay, and didn’t offer to change the room. 3. "This hotel is spendid. Its very clean, staff is kind. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Food was delicious. However with the location, the street and area look very poor. The street badly needs a repavement. If you enjoy spending all day at the beach, maybe hit the bar or restaurant later and sleep, this is the perfect place. Overall id give it a 10/10"

"Stunning stay in the hills above Gjirokastër. Beautiful hotel, food at the restaurant was amazing, stunning pool area and the staff could not do enough to ensure an amazing stay. If you are driving yourself to the hotel, do NOT follow Google maps, sure you ask for the road route video before you arrive to make life easier. The road leading through the town are very narrow and steep."
