"No power, no water for almost 24 hours, the waterpark was closed, and all the restaurant's where closed. Except for a nice view and letting us cancel our booking, everything else was just HORRIBLE The staff at the "breakfest" used personal clothes, and it was like eating in a old, broken down school ..."

"The hotel first got our booking wrong, then the room given is totally different from the pictures on the web page and on Expedia. Dirty toilet and shower, no shower wall so all the water went everywhere, sink was blocked and unhelpful receptionist. No towels given and only given when asked, room ..."
