"Very nice and quite place, I took villa 5 bedrooms it’s was big and amazing villa but I get 1 problem blockage in the bathroom pipes, the other things all the services in villa it will be extra charge."

"The description of the hotel facilities as posted on Hotels.com was not very accurate, site stated that the hotel had private beach it did not, also complimentary newspaper well there was but you had to read it in the lobby, pool area was great but a little crowded but after all it was EID weekend. I think the Hotels.com information needs to be updated we did rent this beacuse of the private beach wording. Would I go back .... yes as the rooms were big if a little dated."

"Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. There were women hair and some sanitary (used) in the bathroom. The entire corridor was gloomy; restaurants were not operational; exterior glass windows were not cleaned; breakfast quality was poor with limited options compared to a normal buffet which we get in almost every hotel; at check out no staff was even interested to support on the luggage; in summary entry to exit experience was terrible compared to the amount charged by them for one night. "
