A thoughtful look by a hospitality aficionado
There is a lot more to be desired of the condition of the room and the hotel itself, particularly for a rating of 3-4 stars. Full of cars are parked at the front entrance. The two elevators are strange (esp., if your room is on the top floor). The carpeting in the room reminds one of a cheap hotel (i.e., poorly managed and maintained ) and the shower is quite awful, among others. Coffee is not available in the hotel (basically only Chinese food is served). But the hotel people were quite decent and friendly, especially the hotel manager, despite the fact they hardly spoke any English.

文教地区・住宅地区なので夜は静かですが、朝が周辺騒がしい
隣が学校なので夜は静かでしたが、朝方周辺を走る車がクラクション鳴らしていて騒がしくて起きてしまいました。 ダブルベッドで258元／泊、朝食付（ラーメン・ワンタンから選ぶ）ついていたのと、部屋がきれいだったのでコストパフォーマンスに優れています。 703号室に泊りましたが、部屋番号がその部屋には「玫瑰厅」と書いてあり、最初に探せなかった。部屋番号の上に貼ってあったようだった。改善希望。 シャワーの排水溝が詰まっていて、もう少しでシャワーの場所からトイレ側に水が漏れて行きそうでした。また１Ｆロビーのトイレに紙が常備していなかったのは残念です。 しかしながら、その他の事項は部屋の広さ・綺麗さから考えて、コストパフォーマンスに優れていると思います。
