"My stay at the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff made me feel truly cared for and celebrated from beginning to end. Jane took exceptional care of me while I was sick with a cold. She made me a special Chinese drink to soothe my throat and cough, coordinated my birthday cake, and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Kevin and Jerry were amazing helping my husband arrange golf, ship purchases, and even recover and ship his lost cellphone after it was left in a DiDi (Chinese Uber) while we rushed to catch the Bullet Train to Shanghai. David was wonderful to talk with about Chinese culture and food and always made sure we were taken care of. Forest, Suki, Ruby, Cindy, Louis, Lance, Stephen, and Enzo were all consistently kind, pleasant, and helpful. Bob prepared delicious noodle soup and fresh eggs every morning, and Simon, the head chef, clearly takes pride in delivering an incredible breakfast buffet experience. Coco coordinated a surprise birthday celebration for me, and Sami created the most beautiful and creative cakes, including a golf-themed cake and a gorgeous fruit cake. I was overwhelmed by the kindness, birthday gifts, and hospitality. This hotel is truly special. I absolutely love the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Huadu and cannot wait to return."

"Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false."

"The hotel is about 15 min drive from tbe airport. The free shuttle from and to the airport is very convenient and pre-booking it was easy. It arrives and departs on time – a certainty which helps enormously with one's planning. Check-in was efficient and reception staff helpful. They use an online translation tool which facilitates more complex communication. The room was spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and having a soft and a firm pillow was a great touch. Everything was in perfect working order, the water pressure was excellent, wifi was good. The hotel provides free earplugs if you are bothered by aircraft noise. At the time of writing this, there is also noise during business hours from construction works. Room cleaners were very kind and obliging. Breakfast was good. Within the hotel there are some snacks and drinks for purchase, as well as a kitchen that serves hot meals. A laundry facility is also available. We'd gladly stay at this hotel again."
