"I was originally informed that check-in time was 3 PM. And I requested an early check-in time right away, five days before my stay. I was told that as soon as my plane lands,(10 am) I was to call and ask if it was available. I tried calling and did not get through to anyone until 3 o'clock when I pressed the button saying it was an emergency and I needed help. When I finally spoke to someone, they informed me that check-in time was now 4 PM and that I would get my instructions on how to enter in at 3:30. When I asked to speak to the general manager who originally told me to call once my plane landed, I was also told that he was not available over the weekend.The funny thing is, when I went into the building and chatted with a lady at the front desk, she told me that they have people complain about this all the time. Promise to be in at a certain time and then never anyone available to answer their questions and you don't get in until much later than you expect. When we finally did get into our building, it was beautiful and spacious and just what we needed, but I could not believe how dirty the floor was. I had to sweep the floor because the more I walked on it the more my feet got dirty. My feet were literally black a half an hour after I got to our building. There was also a dead gecko laying on the floor. Totally scared, my daughter, and she was freaked out for the first evening. It's a great place, and great location, but terrible "Manager" and cleaning staff"

"Always enjoy my stay at this property. The rooms look good, I like how they are furnished. They have PLENTY of wall outlets. Nice size tv. A sofa in the room. A humidifier. A larger fridge (not full-size but a 10 can one either). This particular stay in June, someone was setting off fireworks outside at like 10pm. It sounded close enough that it was a guest in the parking lot but I only heard 2. But they can’t control that. I’ve never used the pool here but it looks nice."

"The staff was so professional and nice. Very helpful. From the moment we went into the hotel everything went great. Room was super clean and new and all taken care of. Didn’t have any complaints. The breakfast was pretty good and even used the gym which had more than enough weights and machines to use. One treadmill was out of order but there were more so it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of parking and all close to beach and anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again."
