"Room was pretty clean, staff provided clean towels almost very day , except one. Were there 5 nights and bed was never made or sheets changed. At least one sheet change would have been nice. Room was quiet and relaxing. We did not visit pool or workout room. Breakfast was not so good. Never saw a breakfast attendant. Every morning was sad dried out eggs and sausage. There were carbs like bagels and waffles that I can’t eat , I’m gluten free. Landscaping needed some love , lots of weeds. Staff not friendly. Except the evening desk guy with dred locks, he was friendly . They do have good cable with HBO."
"Nice one night stay at this Hampton Inn. Clean and very nice staff. Convenient location close to Interstate 70. Th bed was extra firm which made our backs quite sore after a night's sleep but some may like that. All in all a nice hotel and would return."
"Room was very clean. Nice view off the balcony and surprisingly quiet. Complimentary breakfast good or Sheetz is across the road if desired. Just up the road is New Concord (home of John Glenn and Muskingum University) a great little town. Staff at desk very helpful, including local directions. I will definitely plan to stay there again."
"My husband and I have stated this hotel for several times on our trips to Caldwell. This time I brought my kids and grandkids. We had a lot of fun. We’ve already booked it again for two weeks from now. They have a very nice breakfast. Also staff is very, very helpful and very nice."
"The staff were all very friendly and outgoing. Enjoyed talking with them. The pool was excellent and the right temperature. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but always stocked.
The exercise room was locked and they couldn’t find the key. Once they found it and unlocked it, the machines had “out of order” notes on them.
The bathroom sink in our room did not have a drain stopper, which is not a reason to not go, but I was worried about dropping jewelry or the grandkids dropping their little toothbrushes down the drain.
Overall, I would stay again as it was a great price.
It definitely could you some improvements, but still a nice hotel."
