I was standing on the dock with no choice but to get on the Aqua Cruise or be stranded in Ha Long Bay with no hotel. They refused to refund me my one night stay and Hotels.com refused to do anything about it. Do not book with Lily. Do not use Hotels.com. they are not respectable companies. I used a disinfecting wipe to clean it lightly, and a huge amount of black dirt came off immediately. The wipe turned completely black, which was honestly revolting. This is a surface guests touch every day, and the fact that it was left in such a filthy condition raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. "두번 생각하지 말고 오세요. 하롱베이 가는거 예약 못하고 왔는데, 앞에서 다 도와주셔서 합당한 가격에 하롱베이 가는 차 예약도 도와주시고, 조식 9층에 있어서 불편하지 않게 푸짐하게 맛있게 먹었고, 방이랑 화장실 완전 너무너무 깨끗하고 깔끔하고 좋아요! 아! 처음에 들어갈때 계단보고 당황하지 마세요, 엄마가 최근에 무릎을 다쳐서 다리가 불편했는데, 옆 주차장 보면 안에 엘리베이터 있어요. 그거 타고 2층 누르면 로비에요!"
