Without any exaggeration, it took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the shower. A lot of superficial damage. Throw-up all over sidewalk at entry. They moved us to another room but charged us more. Hotel is obviously in trouble. Won’t stay there or use Hotels.com again. "

"It was a decent stay. It’s a clean place. A great location for walking the city! We had a hard time with parking. The parking is underground and not marked well. Instructions for the nuances of getting in wasn’t communicated. The elevators were small, slow and made getting to an upper floor room a task. We got an upgraded room and that was coo! "
