There was a slight damp smell in the room, and the air conditioning was a bit noisy at times, which affected the quality of rest. "Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. The room and bed were comfy and you can't beat the views from the bedroom and off the balcony. Location is on the edge of the forest so lots of great sounds at night. Also lots of animals on the property including Bowie the friendliest dog ever, peacocks, ducks, chickens (and one annoying rooster, but only in the morning!) Be very patient with the hot water in the shower as runs from the main house and can be slow to heat up. And until driveway gets fixed a vehicle with more clearance is recommended. It can be tricky to find the driveway the first time - android maps are perfectly accurate, iPhone not so much. Thank you Ruben, Jessica, and Linda for a great stay!"
