"We stayed here for 8 nights during our visit to Luquillo. We loved the location as it’s a short walk to the beach. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. Prompt response for any requests made. It does get a little loud at night, however, provided ear plugs did the trick. Also, bed was very comfortable. We hope to return. Thank you for a memorable vacation. "

"The resort is amazing, we enjoyed Palomino Island and the main pools immensely. Overall we had an awesome trip, but it wasn’t without a few “not so great” moments. Check in wasn’t great, we had booked 2 queens and were placed in a King. The gentleman at the front desk was insistent I booked a king until I showed my email confirmation showing we booked 2 queens. He was very short with me and was not friendly. I’m also used to some directions to the room, he quickly brushed me off and told me to go find a bellhop. The funicular had broken down twice over two consecutive days and the timing with the last shuttle from Palomino island the water park closing created a very long wait time. Normally when both were running the wait wasn’t too bad at all. I highly recommend making dinner reservations before your arrival, especially if traveling during a busy time like spring break. I had made reservations, but saw numerous people trying to get a table and turned away. We also had attempted to call the concierge at various times and the calls were not answered. We had to go to the concierge desk for questions or help. Concierge desk was extremely helpful though in getting an earlier shuttle to the airport when our flight was canceled and we had to get on an earlier flight. All in all. Wonderful trip and experience for the most part. Be prepared to wait in lines. Highly recommend if you can tolerate some wait times."

"Overall, it was a good place to stay due to its great location. Our room's wiring was strange, and breakfast was chaotic. Needing a room key to access the outside patio to eat breakfast (not enough tables/room inside) is ridiculous and hard to do."

"Nicely decorated and clean. However we found the no closet in the room. Parking is limited unless you go across the street."
