"It’s a different concept of stay. No on site staff but reachable via watts. Love the kitchen, pool and common areas. Don’t like much the fact there is no TV in the rooms but not a deal breaker. Don’t like the fact that exterior doors don’t lock properly all the time "

"Pues el lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Los empleados son amables. ¿Qué no me gustó? La ducha. Adjuntas es un pueblo donde hace mucho frío (ni el aire acondicionado utilizamos) y bañarme ahí fue una misión. Colocaba la pluma de un lado y salía como hielo, la colocaba al otro y salía que te quemaba la piel. Nunca logramos regular la ducha para bañarnos. Para colmo la llave de la ducha estaba dañada y salía agua por los lados de la llave. Reportamos lo de la llave y fue un empleado. Se quedó igual. Tocó bañarnos con agua fría. Ahora un punto bueno y delicioso era la comida en el restaurante. Amé la pechuga a la plancha y el jugo de parcha. En términos generales, la estadía fue buena. Pero, por favor, consideren mejorar eso del agua."

"My stay with my friends at El Faro Hotel in Puerto Rico was simply amazing. The landscape and design was breathtaking. Such a peaceful atmosphere that makes every moment feel like a tropical escape. The staff is warm and attentive, and to my surprise the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely stay here again. It was truly an unforgettable and relaxing stay."

"The staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned. They are under construction of some interior area. Also noticed a great number of cats everywhere, including trying to sneak into the restaurant area."

"The smell in the pool area is just horrible. It smells like cat poo , really nasty. The staff just sick of working there I guess. And the breakfast plain nasty. There’s a pizzeria inside and we all got sick after eating there. Won’t go back not even to get money."

"Sadly I have to say that our stay in Hotel Vista Azul was a disaster! Our room had bugs, there was NO hot water & when I went to use the phone to call the front desk the phone on our room was not working so we walked to the lobby & there was not a single staff member in sight! We were told by another guest that the only person working in the hotel at the time was a security guard. That was also nowhere in sight! The bathroom was not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty & had an unpleasant smell! The place was in a beautiful place but that all it had going for it! Don’t waste your time or money here! You will absolutely regret it!! With all that said I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!"
