The housekeeping is absolutely impeccable—clearly a reflection of the pride and care Chynett brings to her work. The entire hotel, including the 5th floor where we stayed, smelled incredibly clean, fresh, and crisp. That alone was refreshing beyond words. Our room was extremely modern, with stylish lighting and beautiful fixtures. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to truly rest. The bathroom was stunning—an all-glass shower (no tub), fantastic water pressure, and excellent lighting that made the space feel upscale and luxurious. This stay wasn’t just comfortable—it was meaningful. Chynett Harris is the kind of employee every company hopes for and every guest remembers long after checkout.
