Gym was good. Bed mattress too sunken. Pool was COLD. Granddaughter was very upset. Made us disappointed for her. Shower pressure was poor. Personnel were courteous.

One of the bed legs was broke off. No tv remote in room. Obvious signs of water infiltration. The pool was questionable; an underwater light was just floating around still plugged in, the hot tub was "closed" by having a rope near it and very gross looki g water.
