Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay.

Staff was great. Handled every request timely. Property was clean but run down. Bathroom door was broken. Shower rod was coming off the wall.

The room smelled like a mildew, waited over an hour for extra towels so we could head to the pool and an extra blanket so had to go back to the office a 2nd time to get them, and a since we had 4 people in our room (which is how many we said would be in the room) but they didn’t leave anything extra ...
