"The staff is amazing. The hotel is less than 5 min from the beach. There’s a candy store and McDonalds nearby and it’s close to pretty much everything. The pool and hot tub were great. The gym has some dumbells and a treadmill so you can get a quick little workout in. There’s a shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. There was no hassle getting checked in. They also have tons of stuff for sale if you forgot snacks or any other necessities.. the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower pressure is also great! Would definitely stay again "

"The location is good. And the pool for kids are fun. But it doesn’t have hot tub. The pool water is kind cold during our visit. The carpet is not that clean. The fan at bathroom is very dirty and looks like mold growing there. The bath hot water is not hot enough. They don’t clean your room everyday. And our tissue is run out at last day as no one change or refill it. "

"Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded. Staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful and the security deposit was as much as the room. Do not stay here. "

"I would never stay here again, bathroom had black mold in corners ,tub was cracked ,room stunk of mildew,it was spring break only thing good was the hot tub was hot staff was pleasant and thank goodness we only had a bed to sleep,never again would i book through hotels.com you need to check out this hotel."

"Roaches, cockroaches, infested the room we stayed in. The 1st issue was when we arrived we noticed a putrid smell. There was an air purifier in the kitchen area. We assumed the smell was because the island had a bad storm in the weeks prior to our visit and the island had flooded. We arrived late the 1st day and barely spent any time in the room. The next day during sunny hours we started to notice bugs in the kitchen but it wasn't until that night we realized they were roaches. The later it got the more they were infesting the room. That night I stayed up all night taking photos and videos. The next day I called the property owner and no answer so I called Expedia. Expedia made the calls for us and I was refunded all of our money except for the 1st night. No apologies from the property owner. Worst experience we ever had at a rental. "

"Property was older but nice. Some things remodeled but others aging or broken. Worked well for our needs. Pool was nice. Beach would have been very nice except for weather and rough waters. Access to the beach was great."
