Room was clean and well appointed with towels and linen, television, microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed & ensuite. Would definitely stay again. "We enjoyed that it did not take long to drive to other places of interest, such as Queenscliffe, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads. Point Lonsdale shops were quite nice too. The property is a comfortable size. The rooms were quite spacious and furnished with just what is needed. "

"We stayed in apartment 331; the units are tired and need a refurbishment, fittings are worn, chipped & stained. The chair cushions were hiding a lot of food crumbs, peanuts etc. balcony needed sweeping, bathroom needs an update. The unit was not up to a 4 star premiere standard as advertised, gardens are nice with 2 pools and location is good."
