The apartment was spacious, clean and super comfortable, truly was a home away from home. The courtyard and pool added a touch of luxury that we didn't know we needed. Will be returning again soon.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The unit we stayed in, 2 coupkes had everything you need and so spacious in every area. Vanessa was so helpful and wen3 above and beyond, even organised our takewYs and got them for us.

My husband and I had a delightful stay. Our apartment was beautifully appointed with a lovely outlook. The gym is something to behold and I'd love to come back again and linger over a long game of billiards! Our hosts ensured that we had everything we needed and even drove us to the wedding we had come to be a part of.

We were absolutely not expecting a motel of this quality in Charters Towers. The self contained villa was absolutely beautiful. Could not recommend this property more highly. We’ll definitely stay again.

We really loved our stay - all the staff were very friendly, the accommodation far exceeded our expectations in every way. So quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to town, if you wanted to go there.

Third stay at this property and each time is as memorable as the last. The whole experience is wonderful, cleanliness is spot and beds are very comfortable. Hosts are just wonderful would highly recommended this properly

Kernow is unique. Accommodation in the cottage first class. And everyone there super friendly.

The complex is a disused mental institution which is being restored to high standard conference rooms, motel rooms and serviced apartments. Stayed in one of the service apartments. Could not fault the apartment, the owners and the staff. Breakfast ingredients supplied, allowing guests to cook their own breakfast.

Amazing stay at Kernow, everything was perfect. Stayed here two years ago and wondered if our memories would still do the place justice and yes it’s just as good as we remembered. Every little detail is considered and executed to perfection.

Valerie and Les are fantastic hosts, so fruendly and welcoming. Nothing was a bother. We booked a cottage garden apartment, perfect for 2 people. So much space! It had everything for a very comfortable stay, including a washing machine and breakfast (toast eggs, cereal, yoghurt, juice). And so quiet. Loved it@ The history of the place is fascinating! Excellent value for money. We wished we'd booked another day, 2 days was not enough. We drive through Charters Towers on our driving holidays, so we'll be regulars from now on.

This place is a hidden gem! The property is huge and just amazing. Wished we'd stayed here longer than a night! The staff were just amazing. They greeted us at the gate, and showed each of us to our rooms, and followed up by welcome drinks! Ingredients were supplied in kitchens for DIY breakfast.

What a great find and the best way to end our 1 month long rd trip. Accommodation was excellent, only wish we could of stayed a few more nights.it was all the little touches that make this place worth the money. We will be back again for a longer stay.
