"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. "The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve."

"The main restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent ( when it eventually came) the service was poor for the standard of the hotel and the cost of the food. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive starter course took 40 minutes not offered an apology or even a courtesy drink ( poor). Ordered a soufflé for desert and came frozen !! . Generally though the spa was excellent as was the room, however it would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. "
