"Blackbird in is a beautiful craftsmen home and the breakfast food and white wine for happy hour was good, I was just disappointed that there was no mention of the constant traffic noise in the room, including a trash truck at 6 am!! My friend and I had separate rooms and after experiencing the first sleepless night she happened to mention she found earplugs in the bathroom. That would have been very helpful information if given to me at check in.Also I am a person who likes to wake up to an early cup of coffee, without having to get fully dressed and walk over to the main house.I was actually quite shocked that they do not have coffee makers in the rooms! On the flip side it is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and is in a great location, only about 10 to 15 minute walk to downtown."

The location was walkable to downtown and provided easy access to highway and wineries. Our rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was very dated. It could have used a more detailed cleaning."
