With a copy of my reservation an confirmation in hand, upon check in, the hotel had NO record on my reservation. All rooms were filled with the exception of a non-air conditioned room which, by default, I had to take with 85 degree weather outside!

I was very hesitant about this property at first. Once I arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It’s proximity to restaurants and cafes is perfect for tourists. Highly recommend it!

Right in town, easy to walk to things

This hotel is right in town so good for walking around the streets. The beach isn’t a beach you can lay on but you can see the sunset. It’s not quiet as it’s clientele is just noisy I think and it’s next to a few bars. Staff was pleasant and it’s ok to stay a couple days as a budget friendly hotel while exploring Manuel Antonio Park which is 10 min away

Esperaba algo mejor

El parqueo es increíblemente pequeño, sólo caben 3 carros, además el acceso es un poco complicado ya que la entrada es muy estrecha. Nunca sirvió el wifi del hotel, tuve que compartir el internet desde mi celular a la computadora para poder trabajar. Lo reporté a la recepción, dijeron que ya iban a llamar un técnico pero nunca sucedió. En mi caso, que viajaba por trabajo, el internet era fundamental. Las almohadas y las sábanas tampoco son tan cómodas. Lo positivo es la ubicación, ya que si está en el centro de Quepos y a pocos metros de todo.

The Malinche Hotel is a budget hotel with a good location in Quepos. Friendly staff and close to shopping in Quepos. The bus station is close and is a short ride to Manuel Antonio Beach.

... médiocre - beaucoup trop cher

Je suis d'abord allé voir les chambres disponibles étant sur place, la dame de la réception m'a montré une chambre simple mais correcte ; après avoir réservé via l'application Hôtels.com nous y sommes retournés avec notre bagage et très surprenant, cette fois, la chambre valait 20 dollars de plus 'pour la clim' ...la dame était soudain devenue encore moins souriante et nous a attribué une chambre sans clim avec insolence... Très spartiate, la chambre. Salle de bains tout aussi spartiate, sans eau chaude, donnant sur la cour intérieure qui sert aussi de parking pour les gros 4x4 qui empestent l'atmosphère de leurs vapeurs de diesel... pas vraiment "Pura Vida"...je ne recommande pas du tout.
