"Wonderful stay – highly recommend! Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future"

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the sense of peace and authenticity. The staff were gracious, warm, and quietly attentive—always there when you needed them, but never intrusive. Whether you’re exploring nearby hill towns, enjoying a wine tasting, or simply reading under the shade of an ancient oak, Borgo Pignano offers something rare: a space to reconnect—with nature, with beauty, and with yourself. "We loved our stay. The hotel had really nice breakfasts included and the pool was fantastic after a hot day walking around the old city. We had a standard room and we were expecting it to be small. It was very small - it was difficult to find space for our cases and the shower was so small that it was hard to use it without banging your elbows. The room did include a nice outdoor balcony which made up for the super small room. The hotel was an easy walk into the old city."
