Set back from the street, quiet safe and comfortable. Lovely room and great free breakfast buffet.friendly staff and there is a nicely equipped and furnished business office you can use for meetings and interviews etc. I do wish they had a gym, that is the only thing missing. So I had to jog in the street and do exercises in my room.

Puede mejorar

Le falta bastante mantenimiento, además de limpieza. El baño estaba sucio y la regadera tapada. Además, se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos en la habitación. La atención es amable, pero si creo que es importante cuidar los detalles.

NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL.

La atención del personal inicial fue muy amable, con buena disposición para resolver problemas. Sin embargo un evento marcó la estancia. La falta de sanidad. Fui picado en múltiples ocasiones en la noches por aparentes chinches de cama. Una terrible muestra de la falta de sanidad que obedece a una cultura de incompetencia mas que a un evento aislado. Evidentemente también los colchones están sucios. Al solicitar hablar con el gerente en turno, me indican que NO se encuentra en ciudad. Así es, el gerente del hotel no se encuentra disponible para hablar conmigo ni siquiera por teléfono. Mi preocupación es profunda y legítima. Cuida tu salud, hospédate en otro lugar. Una decepción que pone en riesgo a sus huéspedes
