I wish the staff were a bit more attentive. I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express. Very impersonal. They also do not have rooms equipped for handicapped access or rooms that are equipped for that purpose. The beds were too high for my 90-year-old mother-in-law. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower area, which was very dangerous. If you are considering a hotel that is equipped, look elsewhere.

Magnífica estadía.

La estadía fue magnífica. El trato de todos muy bueno. Muy atentos y amables. Únicamente tuvimos problema con el Wifi en las habitaciones de abajo. Pero muy amablemente nos cambiaron a otras habitaciones y muy bien. La terraza súper bien. Lo único es que no tienen ahí el estacionamiento. Pero está a una cuadra y te ayudan en todo.

El hotel está bien en general. La luz que tienen en la habitación es mala, no se ve nada. Mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la madrugada, no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador, solo tiene un buró para una cama King size. En el buró había una lámpara que no prende. Y no tengo fotos

Excelente ubicación. En el centro exacto de Peña de Bernal. Estacionamiento a dos cuadras con asistencia del personal que en todo momento se muestra atento y servicial.

El hotel está sencillo para el costo por noche, está muy bien ubicado, el estacionamiento está a unas 2 cuadras y tienes que llegar primero a recepción para que te acompañen al estacionamiento, no me pareció que me realizaran un cargo por $250.00 pesos por entregar el llavero roto es correcto el llavero, no fue la llave extraviada, es un llavero más viejo que nada y grande que accidentalmente se rompió la parte de abajo, en sus políticas aplican un cargo por llave extraviada de $500.00 por llave no por llavero
