La atención y el servicio excelente. Respecto a la habitación muy bonita y amena, solo hubo dos inconvenientes, la cerradura de la puerta para accesar a la habitación estaba muy dañada y la mezcladora de la regadera necesita mantenimiento porque es complicada para templarla.

La actitud de servicio es mala. no escuchan y solo hacen lo que ellos quieren hacer. Asignaron mal mi habitación, características no esperadas. No estaba tan limpia la cama; y sobre todo, al decirles que me iba a la mañana siguiente, lo primero fué defender sus ingresos: no hay devolución. Espero que eso les ayude mucho en sus finanzas, pero lo dudo... NO publicaré esto en sus páginas, pero no tienen lo esencial para tener mejores días: no les interesa lo que piensen los clientes.
