"The room was clean but has not toiletries and I asked for it and the lady at the front desk told me that they have problems eitht he provider and there is no soap available nor shower gel. The property's maintenance is not adequate and the tv channels are in English language what is not correct because we are in Mexico and I asked to correct it and the technician told me that is noy possible, so I had no soap, no tv and no good property maintenance."
