Hay que buscar donde estacionar en la calle. Te mandan a callar aunque no tengas música. El we de recepción hasta nos llegó a llamar y a decir que cada quien en su habitación cuando estábamos compartiendo con mi hija. El agua de la ducha inunda el baño y de las dos toallas, una se usa secando el piso

El baño tenía problemas. Ruido excesivo en los pasillos del hotel (de las 10:00 pm hasta después de las 4:00 am) Tuvimos que pagar por el estacionamiento aunque en la aplicación decía que era gratis. Estaba a una cuadra del hotel.

Solicite la reservacion en Ezequiel Montes qro. Y se hizo en Bernal qro. porque su pagina está mal diseñada aun cuando existe hotel la capilla y es el mismo grupo no quisieron dar una solucion y en lugar de recorrer 5 km. al lugar del evento familiar tuve que recorrer 27 km en 4 ocaciones el sr Jesus gerente de este hotel solo dio un rotundo no se puede a traves de un mensaje áun cuendo le marque a un tel no se digno a contestar
