"Maria was AWESOME from the minute we walked in, drenching in rain after walking the Camino de Santiago! She showed us to our room, dried our wet clothes, ordered dinner for us...anything you needed, she was there to help us! She is a true GEM! We didn't have enough time to enjoy the beautiful garden, but we hope the next travelers do as it is so beautiful. "

"Good hotel for an overnight stop on the way to Santander ferry port. Slightly small room but adequate for the one night. Good evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was a little uninspiring."

"We have stayed several times now for a couple of days to enjoy the north of Spain whilst travelling. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always spotless and fitted out to a high standard Bar and restaurant are good with nice outside area to take a tipple and food, breakfast is very good. Some nice walking from the door which is great if travelling with a four legged friend as it is a dog friendly apartment and 20-25 mins to a number of beaches. Parking is no problem though does get busy in the evening and weekends It is next to a busy road however the rooms are very well sound proofed so no problem there we will surely be back. "

"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough"
