"Nice staff. Very large room and clean but very small bathroom. Carpet are not ideal for high frequency hotel areas to remain clean. Breakfast pretty crowded but well organized. Coffee supply underestimated based on the breakfast frequency. Recharge twice in 30 min. Hotel flow to reach room in the back of the proprietary from outside, without elevator."

"We absolutely loved our recent stay at the Holiday Inn! The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable beds, and the location was fantastic. It’s especially ideal for families, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities within walking distance. Only thing I would recommend breakfast options could be better and TV in the room didn’t not have smart TV features with Netflix apps. A special thank you to Cassandra and Ben, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were so welcoming and incredibly kind to our children. They even surprised them with stickers and Freezies, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made them feel special."

"Beautiful place with nice gardens, dining rooms and big beautiful bedrooms with a balcony. The TV was great! Well located between sandbanks park and Picton. The breakfast was so...so. The people welcoming us at the reception were not super friendly. But we had a bulb problem and the manager of the place came immediately to fix it and was very sympathetic. It was the second time that we stayed in this place and we really liked it. A plus would be to have a pool and to be able to check out at noon instead of 11."
