When I arrived, I was told I was cancelled, even though I confirmed days prior. Manager was nice and helpful but that's all it had going for it. One night the other people in the shared room talked to each other until midnight, it's a hostal, I get that. But then I was woken up at 4am and they kept making until I asked after an hour for them to stop. She did but he kept making noises until they started talking again. Later, he peed on the toilet seat and the floor and they stole the toilet paper. The bed linens were not changed before or after their stay. They should have gotten a private room, not shared. Disruptive to other guests.

TERRIBLE DE PELICULA DE TERROR.He tenido la oportunidad de estar en diferentes hostales alrededor del mundo, y sin más preámbulos este lugar no debería estar listado como hostal. Un área que no ofrece seguridad a los huspedes, instalaciones no aptas para un hostal, el staff sin capacitación; e incluso uno de los chicos de recepción le entregó INCOMPLETO mi cambio condicionándolo a tener que adquirir algo personal para poder entregármelo ya que me obligaron a pagar en efectivo pues no tenían el registro de mi pago en línea. Me fui sin finalizar mi reservación la siguiente mañana por que nunca había estado en un lugar tan sucio y desagradable. POR FAVOR NO RESERVEN EN ESTE LUGAR!!!!
