It's a brand new hotel, so the beds were not very comfortable and the check in staff is not the greatest, but everyone else is very polite. The hotel have a great restaurant roof top, and pools, spa and gym. I would certainly stay there again.

We booked a room with business lounge access but the lounge is not open yet. Very disappointing. Be warned. These rooms should not be sold until it opens. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel. Rooftop restaurant is very good. Pool is not heated though.

Este hotel nos encantó, es bello y moderno por dentro, súper cómodo, con todo lo que requieres para disfrutar tu estancia dentro y fuera de la habitación. Un ambiente de bienestar total y en cada rincón del hotel hay texturas y materiales que te invitan a la relajación. Fuimos un par de noches para celebrar el cumpleaños de uno de nuestros hijos adolescentes. Pudimos disfrutar vistas impresionantes desde la habitación y en el restaurante ubicado en el rooftop “el panecillo”. Así mismo tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar en la alberca techada y bailamos y cantamos dentro de “la chiva” (un autobús pequeño y bien conservado en el jardín) tomando café y postres de la cafetería “Allegra” del mismo hotel. Definitivamente lo volveremos a visitar porque quedamos encantados para darnos escapadas de bienestar.

The food was delicious!!! Staff was friendly. The property is absolutely gorgeous we will definitely stay again if travels bring us back to Quito!

A nice modern hotel with all amenities, friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet is the nicest I’ve ever seen!
