Dangerous part of Town & Horrible conditions

All rooms located above an all night Rave/Disco Tech. Walls/Doors paper thin. Music loud enough to vibrate a water bottle off the night stand.Pounding Headache. Bar closed at 3:30pm and music subsided. Owner then begins yelling at his employees directly outside my door. When I objected, his rant than was directed at me. He turned on his own music and sang at the top of his voice occasionally ranting vulgarity. Phrases I recognized from the series "Narcos". Proprietor's wife tried unsuccessfully to calm him down. Sounded like she was slapped. Gang members and transvestites walking the streets surrounding the Hostel. If you are an MMA fighter, 20 and want to stay up all night partying, this is the place for you.
