Hotel bem localizado, próximo a estação do metrobus Santa Clara, de bares, restaurantes e supermercados e a feira de artesanato. Também está localizado ao lado do departamento de Polícia, tornando o local e arredores bem seguro. Bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Quarto satisfatório. O restaurante é terceirizado e há 3 opções fixas para o café da manhã servido na mesa. O WiFi se desconectava com frequência.

Good location, difficult to get hot water. But secure (next to police station), every person must be buzzed in, every time (24/7 service). Wifi did not work at all. Miniature, bad reception TV so don't take the room for that "comfort".

This was the best hotel experience. The owner, Patrick went above and beyond to make our experience in Quito memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Quito!

LOVED this cute little guesthouse located near everything that you may need. Police station next door noisy occasionally but felt totally SAFE here with locked gate. Friendly staff and easy to get to meet other guests at breakfast. Will happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an inexpensive and comfortable place to stay in Quito.

Super accueil, Le personnel toujours tres aidant. Pas contre pour le prix de la chambre le petit dej est franchement light, bon a quito on mange tres bien pour $2.5 alors rien de grave. Bref comme dit dqns le titre Bien mais un peu cher pour la prestation

The hostel was nicely kept. Rooms were clean and water was hot. Front desk and maid service was always prompt and courtious. The breakfast included was basic but good and enough to get through the morning. It is located outside the main city centre but was an easy walk to all attractions including old town.

I stayed three nights with two children (8 and 11). The rates were a bit high in exchange for the accommodations. The room had enough sleeping space for three and a private bathroom. I did enjoy the patio on the roof and the hotel staff who were always very nice and helpful. One thing to keep in mind if you are traveling with small children or older kids that like to run through the hallways or jump around in the room, the floor is hardwood and can be very noisy.

La estancia en el Hotel fue prácticamente para dormir, por las noches, el hotel no ofrece espacios para descansar y poder relajarte. Creo que es un hotel solo para guardar maletas y dormir, por lo que me parece que fue mucho ($66) por noche, no hay cable TV, el WIFI falló dos dias completos, no hay un refrigerador para guardar alimentos, tiene poca belleza estética aunque reconozco que está céntrico, Plaza Fosch y Mariscal están a pocas cuadras. Hay cajeros automáticos cerca y todo taxista te puede retornar al Hotel. Admás del desayuno que era un "sánduche" de jamon y café, también lo fueron las camas, poco cómodas, las toallas las cambian cada dos días y la caja fuerte no servia, a pesar que el pago incluia servicio de caja fuerte. No te ponen ni una botella de agua, etc.

Hace 4 años estuvimos ahí y todo fue muy bien. Esta vez, todo lo contrario:mala atención, malos servicios (un día tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. Otro, me quedé con la llave de abrir la ducha en la mano y tardaron 3 días para solucionar el problema).Para el desayuno, no tiene sustituto de azúcar. El persona es amable, pero poco eficiente. Creo que los dueños debería procurar un mejor servicios.No volvería nunca a ese hostal.

Lo mejor fue el servicio, tuvieron q cambiarnos de hab 2 veces, la primera olia fuertemente a humedad y la segunda la cama era muy dura.. En la ultima habitacion si estabamos vontentos..El servicio de internet wifi es pesimo, no llega a todas las habitaciones.. Para lo q que se paga esta bien.. Los empleados del hotel muy amables y diligentes..

The hotel is small, but clean and quiet. There is no TV except in the lobby. The staff is excellent and most speak English. The breakfast was a glass of juice and your choice of a ham or cheese sandwich on a croissant, also coffee. Not a plush place but it had what we needed. They also kept our luggage for us in the afternoon while we were exploring.
