"As a wellness hotel it was very good value and in a nice, quiet area. It was right next to the river Thaya. All facilities were well maintained and great to use. My room (single) had an annoying noise together with a smell of cigarette coming from the bathroom which woke me up during the night.. It took a day and several requests to fix the noise (I stayed 3 nights), but the smell apparently could not be fixed. Don't stay in room 116.
"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. We had to use paid parking for 24 hours (100 CZK). No fridge in the room. Don't stay in room 116. You'll hear every single drunk using the stairs at 2 a.m. and every mum yelling at kids to be careful on the stairs on the way to breakfast. The breakfast was OK. There were plenty of options to pick from: fruit, vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. The restaurant's staff was extremely nice to us. "
