When we check in Bathroom was dirty and seat broken but they send someone to fix it, good breakfast the only complaint I have is smoke free hotel but the lady on the lobby was outside and when she get in all the lobby smell like cigarettes

There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered.
