"The pictures of the hotel isn’t the same once you arrive at the hotel our floor smelled like a bunch of cats our room door wasn’t locking properly & was lots of complaints from other visitors about this particular hotel"

"I help my friend out because he was working in the area! As I went to check him in .. I had to actually climb over people sitting on the floor. Forget about a lobby. I felt like I was walking into a trailer. Actually it was.. as i go to the window. I thought i was in the subway paying for a train ride . One person behind the window. As I walk my friend to the room... Geez It looked like all little trailers with a room number ! Nothing to see just a place for cheaters and drug addicts! DON'T GO THERE! "

"The room was spacious; staff pleasant and attentive. Great choices for breakfast, great coffee and there is a beverage area where coffee is available. "

"The overall stay was good. The only upsetting thing about our stay is that we were assigned room 104. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was constantly using a door right across the hall. Not sure if it was some sort of storage room or what but the door was opening and closing all throughout the night and it was loud!! The staff were just doing their jobs so no fingers pointed at them. It’s also located next to the gym so we had the noise from that as well in the early hours of the morning. That particular room is in a very unfortunate location. "

"You know you're in for an adventure when you go to check in and the front desk person is behind a very thick glass. I ended up needing to stay 2 nights so booked a second night through Expedia (as was the first night). Fairly late on the first night it got cold and I tried to adjust the heat - nothing happened and definitely no heat. Came to find out when I went to the desk to get my key adjusted for the 3nd night the "gentleman" (I'm using the term very loosely) that original checked me in made a key but hadn't checked the room in under their system, this the HVAC didn't work properly. Back to the staff - they guy that first checked me in could barely be bothered. Not friendly at all. The one positive - the key for me in the room. The lady that extended my stay was helpful and kind and I mentioned the heat issue to her and someone showed up minutes later to look at it. He adjusted the thermostat on the wall which now was lit up and said it was working. I noted that previous nothing I did made any change and no light came on to be able to see it clearly. So the only reason this isn't a 2 star review is she heard there was an issue and sent someone quickly to address it "

"I was locked out of my room office should be24/7 I didn’t have access to my room at 2-3 in the morning My key was not working not letting me in. Frustrating with kids"

"Clean room. Staff was helpful. Called in advance and was advised that airport shuttle came every 30 mins only to fin out once landing that you had to book. Good cheap night reasoably close to airport for early morning flight. "
