"The rooms were large, the layout of the property was quaint. Can't beat the price, amazing value and I felt completely safe. Jon took care of us, great conversation, authentic, the meals were wonderful and pool service too. We stayed here as our hub to get around to other local places, great place to relax. "This was a lovely stay. It is basically a family’s house where they have built and independent construction with two short term rentals behind it. It is a small town experience. We stayed two nights to see Ancient Messenia and go on an olive oil tour. Had a really fun dinner with the locals in the plaza one night. We had some trouble with the WiFi the last morning. But I think it was a temporary thing."

"We never had the chance of visiting the property because Expedia offered us a non existing, non-refundable booking confirmation in a full hotel! To the merit of the hotel they contacted us soon enough to notify us about this, and that their minimum stay was 3-days. Until the date we still don't know why this booking went on but we're taking this the legal way. Lessons learned: We will never use expedia for any other future bookings."

"We stayed in the property outside Marathopoli. The property is located on the water. We walked the beach every day.
The room is modern but cozy; had everything we needed. There were treats left for us to enjoy from local producers.
Antoni our host gave us plenty or recommendations of things to do - he checked in on us daily.

"My stay at the Elegant Beach Hotel in Kyparissia was nothing short of delightful. The location is unbeatable - right on the beach with stunning views of the Ionian Sea, especially at sunset. The rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered the right blend of comfort, practicality and style.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with local flavors that made each morning special. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere - ideal for relaxing and unwinding.
If you're looking for a tranquil seaside retreat with genuine Greek hospitality, this hotel is a gem. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are beautiful, sparkly clean, and the views are heavenly! The beds are extremely comfortable and roomy.
