"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained.
I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. When we arrived, it was apparent there was an organised camp of maybe 100 teenagers including a stage, amplifiers, loud music and cheering etc. While this caused us no distress during the daytime,...

"The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. The furniture is quite old, the kitchen could be better equipped and only one big pillow for two persons is also not so nice. But all in all it’s okay for a few nights to explore Santander. "

"The apartment complex is big and offers a wide variety of sports and wellbeing services. There are a few eateries around and two big, good restaurants around with different service hours set up, which are not so easy to follow.
