"OMG THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! We suggest you have a car, is very expensive to travel to Berlin by “Uber” and the bus/train can be tough. But it is in the country, they have a car charge port, and you will need the car to get around. But i cannot day how lucky we were to find it! Family run place, you wont be disappointed ! "

"Beautifully-restored country palace outside of Berlin that made the perfect base for day-tripping throughout the region around Oranienburg, and beyond. The service was attentive and friendly, without being overbearing. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean and we particularly appreciated the restaurant. "The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

"Wir haben im Appartement übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles, neues Gebäude, super ausgestattet und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert ist auch das Sportangebot und das Schwimmbad. Einen halben Punkt Abzug gibt’s trotzdem, da wir mit einem vierjährigen Kind da waren und es leider keine Spielecke, bzw. eine Beschäftigungsangebot für Kinder im Sportcenter gibt. "

Leider wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der eingezäunte Ausblick auf eine Baustellenwüste fiel. Hätten wir Kenntnis über diesen Zustand gehabt, hätten wir auch nicht gebucht. So etwas ist unfair. Kommunikation oder Service war mangelhaft. "

Das äußerst freundliche Hotelpersonal hat uns nett begrüßt und unkompliziert die Zimmerschlüssel übergeben. Die Restaurant-Terrasse liegt mit schönen Blick zum See und kleinem Hafen.
