Great place to stay with comfy beds and a very attentive staff. Bonus is the top notch restaurant on the roof. Great view if you ask for a Blue Ridge view.

The hotel is pretty and clean, bathroom was great. The restaurant is great. Room had no stand for a suitcase. But, they do not service the rooms daily, do not change the bed or even make the bed. Not they don’t do it unless you request it, they just don’t do it. If you need towels or sheets, you need to go get it from the front desk. Paid way too much for this room for that level of service.

Really clean, chic hotel walkable to a town for food. Massive upgrade to a residence inn or other affordable options. Coffee bar and dining are is well designed.

Room contained motion triggered footlights under the bed that were going on and off all night which made it very difficult to sleep. When one light would go off, it would trigger the other light and they went back and forth like that all night.

Never been through the Radford area. I will say for me, the biggest issue I had was finding the parking lot. This hotel is right across from Radford college campus and student dorms. This making it a little nerve racking trying to navigate the area for less experienced drivers. Overall the traffic in this area is not too terrible. It can be busy at times and you have to very careful to watch for students and other pedestrians. Check in was very quick and easy(Maybe 5 min). I went through a 3rd party company “Expedia” to book my room. 1 room for 2 (King bed). They had my booking printed and ready for me to sign at check-in. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable (Mattress covers, 4 pillows, 1 flat sheet, 1 comforter, 1 silk sheet). Internet was okay. Limited channel on cable but they have a decent selection of movies to watch. Water pressure was really nice. The shower could’ve used some extra love but overall cleanliness is 10/10. There is a bar/restaurant on the top balcony, but definitely plan ahead or go during the “on” season. There is also a small cafe/bar in the main lobby. This was okay. Didn’t eat here really at all , but the alcohol was good. Overall great experience. Booked this hotel to get away from home for a few days. There was always a friendly face to greet you. And someone was available at all times during the night. Definitely recommend staying here. Would stay again in the future.

They have done a fantastic job with this property. The artwork throughout the hotel, the great updated Scottish vibe with the understated tartan carpets and wallpaper were very well done (especially liked the accent chairs with the Highland cattle feel). The staff was great and rooms were clean and well appointed….the oversized tub was great too. Well done. Look forward to next visit

The entire hotel is a total vibe and when I tell you I’ve never walked into a hotel that smelled so GOOD. Smells like they have Dior Sauvage or CREED pumping through the AC vents. The staff is also A1 super friendly & informative. You must stay in the Radnor suite its like staying in a mini luxury apartment wall to glass windows perfect views at night.

The hotel is terrific, the staff is engaging, and the rooms are clean and well laid out. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service there were outstanding. We stayed there on the way to Hilton Head, SC, and were so pleased that we made a point to sop there on the way back. I highly recommend it.
