"Das Personal ist sehr , sehr freundlich. Waren nur eine Nacht, den Pool haben wir nicht benutz kann dazu nichts sagen. Schöner Ausblick auf den See vom Zimmer aus und dem Speisesaal. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig."

"I loved this hotel. The room was big enough for a family of four and the breakfast was great. I think i would have been more comfortable if i had stayed in the winter. I'm hot natured, so i slept with the window open. That felt great, but it is a busy highway and the cars were loud."

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so...

"All in all it was okay. We didn’t miss anything, only the receptionist was somewhat chilled and the waiters in the restaurant were plainly rude. Maybe they all had a bad day, who knows. "

"They double booked the roms and turned us away onto the street with two young children and nowhere to sleep. We didnt find a bed until 04.00 AM. We want a refund plus compensation."
