The staff were welcoming and professional, all needed info given for a smooth check-in. However, the room was very run down with flaking paint, mould, stained carpets and walls. Bed was very soft and tired, like everything else. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Hairs and toothpaste visible on the sink and a a very dirty toilet. I knew the room was cheap, but if I'd known the level of the accommodation, I would have paid the extra to go elsewhere.
