As well, few cottages are a bit downhill inside the property which is not great from accessibility perspective. Plus they don't serve food in the room."

We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing.
