Wir konnten uns nicht entscheiden, ob wir in Ragusa Ibla oder Ragusa übernachten wollen. Letztlich haben wir uns zum Glück für dieses charmante Hotel entschieden, das einen super Ausgangspunkt mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Ragusa Ibla bietet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der besonders aufmerksame Service durch die Rezeptionistin Chiara und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht mehr top modern ist, mangelt es einem eigentlich an nichts. Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

お部屋からイブラ地区が見渡せてキレイでした。 室内は、冷蔵庫の中身がなく自由に使えたので便利です。 ハンガーラック・ハンガーがあり、洋服がたくさんかけられたのも使い勝手が良かった所です。 トイレの水を流すのは大丈夫ですが、レバーが戻りづらい時がありました。 バスルーム・トイレの電気が、人感センサーになっていて、夜中にチカチカ、センサーの音がするのが少し気になった。 wi-fiは快適に使えました。 チェックイン・朝食の時以外はスタッフは不在なので、部屋のカギ＋裏口のカギを持って出かけなくてはいけないので、紛失したらどうしよう…と不安でした。 朝食は品数が少なかったです。 チーズやハムとかもあると良かったかな。

it was easy to find but parking was difficult. We couldn't check in until 5:00 and the receptionist was unfriendly. We were initially assigned a room on the first floor which opened to the outside like a motel. We asked to be moved to the second floor for which they added another 10 euros to the cost. The room was dated with older furniture but the bathroom was better. Only one old uncomfortable chair was in the room to sit in. Breakfast was okay. If we were to come back, we wouldn't stay here again. That said, it was a good location for touring.

L'hotel è gradevole anche se la camera che ho avuto non era il massimo essendo fronte strada. Tuttavia la vera "fregatura" è che l'hotel non si trova a Ragusa-Ibla come da voi descritto, ma a Ragusa e per arrivare ad Ibla è stato necessario il taxi (andata/ritorno). Per un sito come Expedia è FONDAMENTALE fornire notizie corrette. Mi sono fidato di quanto riportato dalla vostra scheda dell'hotel ma ho verificato di persona che la notizia della ubicazione dell'hotel è ERRATA. Dovreste rifondermi la spese del taxi

Struttura molto vicino a Ragusa Ibla... Solo una scalinata divide Ragusa alta da Ibla. Personale molto cortese. Camera pulita, ampia e comoda. Bagno pulito. Colazione buonissima con prodotti fatti in casa.

Un hotel carino a Ragusa. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. A 700 metri di distanza si trova il Duomo di Ragusa mentre a una ventina di minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il centro di Ragusa Ibla. Le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite e nuove. Il bagno era in perfette condizioni con una bella doccia. Il personale dell'hotel gentilissimo. Ci sono state date tante informazioni utili per visitare la città e i dintorni. La colazione è buona ma dopo le 9/9.30 non c'è quasi nulla. Bisognerebbe rifornire di brioche e dolci anche dopo quell'ora.

great location of hotel and found parking right outside door so had an opportunity to repack bags with ease. close to cafe's and bar and staff very helpful. great shower after day's travel. church bells did not ring between 2000 and 0700 which was a bonus.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Il est difficile de noter cet hôtel car finalement nous n'en avons vu qu'une petite partie. En effet, notre chambre était située au rez de chaussée, directement dans la rue. Toutefois, nous avons pu profiter de l'accueil puisque le petit déjeuner se trouve dans la même piece. La chambre, loin d'être des plus originales, offre tout de même un certain confort. On peut regretter le manque de fenêtre dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel est à l'écart du centre historique, ce qui permet de se garer facilement et d'être au calme. Nous tenons à souligner particulièrement l'accueil chaleureux de cet hôtel et de la dame qui s'occupe de l'excellent petit déjeuner !

Convenient location, friendly staff

Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was possible to access the tiny balcony of our room but not possible to roll up the blind - strange, even though my husband is a very good handyman, at the time (sometime in the afternoon), the only staff around doesn't speak English. We did not get the chance to enjoy the view from our room (there is no other window), as we only stayed for one night in Ragusa and checked out early next morning.

Hotel correct en terme de service et de confort. Trés bien situé entre Ibla et Superiore. Petit déjeuner ok. En revanche, vrai gros point noir, Les eglises commencent à sonner toutes les demie heure à partir de 7h du mat avec une mention spéciale pour les sonneries de 8h et midi ou l'on profite pleinement de la qualité musicale des cloches du coin et en particulier de celles de l'église juste en face de l'hotel. Du bonheur pour quelqu'un comme moi qui deteste dormir...

Hôtel situé face à une très belle église

Accueil chaleureux, grande chambre, sdb très correcte, petit déjeuner buffet copieux et délicieux. Le personnel n'est pas présent toute la journée mais vous avez un accès particulier à votre chambre. Bien situé pour un accès commode à Ragusa Ibla.

Charme et calme

Situation idéale entre les deux parties de la ville (Ragusa superiore et Ibla) sur une petit place très charmante avec sa vieille église. Très bon accueil et très bons conseils de restaurants. Petit déjeuner très moyen, mais là n'est pas l'essentiel.Très bon rapport qualité prix.
